As of Saturday 19th of December 2020, Blue Reef Aquarium Hastings will sadly close its doors once again in response to Hastings and Rother being put into tier 3.
Like all indoor entertainment venues in tier 3, we will be closed to the public in a bid to reduce the number of Covid-19 cases across the country, and to ease pressures on the NHS.
However, we are still home to over 3500 animals and so the aquarist team will continue to give first class care throughout the Christmas period.
In the meantime, stay tuned to our social media feeds on facebook, instagram and twitter for Lockdown Livestreams with our animals, fun facts, more pics than you can shake a stick at, another Lockdown Lottery giveaway, as well as details on our RE-OPENING!
In the days ahead, we will continue to adhere to guidance from the government on an appropriate timing to reopen to the public, and will communicate this on our website and via social media when we know more.
Tickets to Blue Reef Aquarium Hastings purchased online are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can be used once the Aquarium re-opens to the public.
