‘Attraction’ is Hastings Aquarium which is operated by Deep Sea Leisure PLC (Company No SC135353) and is registered in Scotland at North Queensferry, Fife, KY11 1JR.

  • E-Tickets must be purchased at least one hour before your visit.
  • E-Tickets available include Standard, Junior (aged 3 – 12 years), Concession (Senior Citizens 65+ & Students), Family of 4 Ticket (2 x Standards + 2 x Juniors).
  • Children under 3 are admitted free to Hastings Aquarium and therefore do not require an E-Ticket.
  • Please ensure the correct ticket type is selected as no refund can be given for incorrect ticket purchases.
  • Children aged 14 years and under must be accompanied at all times by a responsible Adult.
  • E-Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and accordingly may not be sold or passed to any third party.
  • It is the E-Ticket Visitor’s responsibility to check prior to purchase that the information supplied in respect of the E-Ticket is accurate. If inaccurate information is supplied this may result in additional charges or voiding of the E-Ticket.
  • Discount vouchers, promotional coupons or other offers cannot be used in conjunction with E-Tickets. Please note : this does not apply to online discount tickets purchased from the official Hastings Aquarium website.
  • A booking charge is applied to all E-Ticket purchases.
  • A valid E-Ticket must be produced upon arrival prior to entering Hastings Aquarium.
  • E-Tickets must be clearly legible and relinquished upon entry.
  • E-Tickets are valid for one single visit during a six month period from the date of purchase.
  • E-tickets are valid for one single use during a six month period from the date of purchase except where online discount tickets/ online promotional offers state otherwise. E-tickets are no longer valid if unused during the 6month validity period. No refund will be given on expired e-tickets. The period of validity cannot be extended.
  • E-Tickets Visitors are admitted to Hastings Aquarium subject to the standard terms and conditions of entry displayed on our website.
  • Any additional visitors wishing to enter with an E-Ticket holder will be required to pay the standard attraction admission rate.
  • Hastings Aquarium reserves the right to alter admission prices and opening times without notice.
  • Proof of entitlement for certain E-Ticket types may be required for entry (for example with a Concession E-Ticket for a Student a valid NUS Card should be produced. No other student card will be accepted.
  • E-Ticket Visitors should be aware that there may be school groups in the attraction during a visit.
  • Some optional attractions at Hastings Aquarium are not included in the cost of an E-Ticket and require an additional charge. Additionally some attractions have a height restriction or health and safety restriction.
  • Note: Should you wish to leave and then re-enter Hastings Aquarium on the day of your visit a hand stamp (available at Reception) is required for re-entry.
  • E-Ticket Visitors are reminded that for operational, technical, safety or any other reason any advertised exhibit, attraction or any of the facilities on site may be closed, removed, altered or otherwise unavailable at any time. Hastings Aquarium reserves the right to alter or cancel any show time of feeding time or any other presentation without notice.
  • Hastings Aquarium reserves the right to refuse admission, or to remove any E-Ticket visitor whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Hastings Aquarium staff. No refund will be given.
  • When attraction capacity is reached on busier days Hastings Aquarium reserves the right to control any queue or the flow of visitors into the attraction. E-Ticket Visitors are advised that in these circumstances this can result in delays at entry.

  • Hastings Aquarium Annual Passes available include Adult, Child (up to 12 years), Concession (Senior Citizens 65+, Students), Family of 4 Ticket (2 x Standards + 2 x Juniors)
  • A Hastings Aquarium Annual Pass entitles its holder to:
    • Discount in the Hastings Aquarium shop.
    • Discounted rates for Children’s birthday parties.
    • Free entry to our sister attractions, Smugglers Adventure and Hastings Castle.
  • Admission to Hastings Aquarium as an Annual Pass Member is through production of a valid in-date card (issued at first purchase). Please therefore bring your Annual Pass Card with you each time you visit. Non-production of this pass will not enable access to Hastings Aquarium without further proof of purchase and identification.
  • Any lost annual pass card replacements can be replaced at a standard fee of £ 5.00GBP per card.
  • Please be aware that standard terms and conditions of entry apply to Hastings Aquarium Annual Pass visitors.
  • Hastings Aquarium reserves the right to alter any offers and promotions without notice.

GLOW INSPIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Glow Baby Storytime at Hastings Aquarium Full Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions regulate all the bookings for the Baby Storytime event (“the Event”) held at Hastings Aquarium and delivered in partnership with Glow Storytime (“the Organisers”). By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• The Event is designed for babies aged 0–2 years and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
• At least one adult (18+) must accompany each child at all times.
• All bookings must be made online through the official booking platform.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking.
• Bookings are confirmed only when a confirmation email is issued.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the Organisers.
• Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. With sufficient notice, tickets may be rescheduled to an alternative date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Please note that sessions include projection lighting and illuminated props. While these are designed to be engaging and calming for most babies, they may not be suitable for everyone. If you or your baby are sensitive to light or have any medical conditions that could be affected, we kindly advise that you do not attend.
• The Organisers are not responsible for travel, parking fee or accommodation costs.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please contact the Organisers if you need access after the session has started.
• Children must remain under direct supervision of their accompanying adult(s) at all times.
• The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who poses a safety risk or disrupts the experience for others.
• For the comfort and safety of all attendees, please do not attend if you or your child are unwell or displaying symptoms of illness.
• The Organisers follow local health and safety guidance to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by staff to ensure the welfare of guests and aquarium animals.
• For the safety of the participants, no drinks are allowed in the Aquarium during the session.
• Personal photography is permitted unless otherwise stated by staff.
• Professional photography or videography requires prior written consent.
• From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. Any images used will respect privacy, and consent will always be sought where children are clearly identifiable.
• You will be informed in advance if recording will take place.
• You may opt out at any time.
• The Event aims to be inclusive and accessible. If you or your child require adjustments or support, please contact the Organisers prior to booking so accommodations can be arranged where possible.
• The Organisers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items brought to the Event.
• Participation in the Event is at your own risk.
• The Organisers accept no liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from: Failure to follow staff instructions; Supervision lapses by accompanying adults; Circumstances beyond the Organisers’ reasonable control.
• Personal data collected during booking will only be used for Event administration and communication unless you opt in to marketing updates.
• All data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation.
• The Organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of booking applies to your reservation.
Annual Pass Free Tickets
• One standard annual pass matching the name of attendee is required to validate the one free ticket (Standard + Baby/Toddler). Photo ID is required.
• The above ticketing related T&Cs do not apply to this free ticket and the ticket is not worth any monetary amount and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any other ticket option
